To my knowledge, my update settings are all manual and it wasn't restored from any backups that might have contained old update data. It suggested I clean up 2.6 GB of "Old updates" and 2.3 GD of "iOS device backups" but this is brand new, week old laptop that I haven't updated anything on yet. I'm also suspicious about how it identifies items to delete. The parallels "clean drive" tagged articles aren't much help either, mostly promo copy: I couldn't find the developer site, but page 30 of the Parallels User Guide gives more info (although not a ton) about the types of files Clean Drive deletes: I had that Clean Drive notice pop up this morning and thought it was weird malware, thanks for the heads up that it came w/ Parallels - just installed for the first time last week.
